Free online stamp & seal maker
Design a professional company seal, notary stamp or approval mark in minutes, with no registration to start. Adjust the shape, ring text, colour, logo and size, then download the image or save it to apply to documents with locked serials and QR verification.
How to create a professional stamp
- Pick a template or shape — Start from one of 200+ industry templates, or choose a shape — circle, oval, rectangle, shield, hexagon, triangle.
- Set the size and colour — Adjust the stamp size and ink colour. A standard round seal is about 38mm; rectangles auto-fit your lines.
- Add your ring text — Type the text that curves around the outer ring — your company, office or seal name, top and bottom.
- Add centre text and dates — Add the centre lines, a date, or a serial. Use {{DATE}} and {{SERIAL}} so they fill in automatically when the stamp is applied.
- Drop in a logo or emblem — Upload a logo or add a star, crest or shape element, then move, scale and rotate it into place.
- Download or save it — Watch the live preview as you edit, then download the image — or save it to your library to apply to real documents.
Why build your stamp online
- Design in your browser. No software, no install, no design skills — on desktop or mobile.
- Control of every element. Shape, ring text, centre text, colour, fonts, logos and emblems, each positioned and sized exactly.
- Locked serials and QR verification. A saved stamp carries a tamper-evident serial and a code anyone can scan to verify — not just a picture.
- Lands at the right size. Every format states the physical size of a real rubber stamp, so it does not arrive page-wide and shove your text around.
- Apply straight to documents. Use a saved stamp in Quick Sign or inside an envelope to seal a PDF, then download or send it.
Frequently asked questions
Is the online stamp maker free?
Designing a stamp is free: pick a template, customise the text, shape, colour, logo and size, and watch the live preview. Downloading the image or saving the stamp to your library to apply to documents is where paid features begin.
What file formats can I download?
A high-resolution PNG (transparent, for overlaying on documents, or on a white background), a JPG, an SVG vector for print and design tools, a PDF, and a Word file that floats over your document — or every format at once in a single zip.
Will the stamp keep its size in Word?
Yes. Every image is tagged with the size of a real rubber stamp — 2.2 inches square — so it lands at that size instead of being blown up to the width of the page. The Word version also keeps the date and serial as text you can retype.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes. Upload your own logo as a PNG or SVG, or choose from built-in emblems — bank, government, globe, shield, gear, crown, scales of justice, caduceus and more. Move, scale, rotate and set the opacity of each element.
What shapes and styles are available?
Round and oval seals, rectangles and squares, plus shield, hexagon, octagon and triangle. Round seals support curved ring text and decorative borders: triple ring, double ring, scalloped (notary), gear, burst and rope.
How is a digital stamp different from a photo of a rubber stamp?
A saved stamp can carry a locked serial number and a QR code each time it is applied, so anyone can confirm it is genuine, see which document it belongs to, and check whether it has been revoked. A photographed rubber stamp proves nothing.
Do you support serial numbers and dates?
Yes. Add date and serial placeholders to any line. They are filled in automatically when the stamp is applied to a document, so every impression is unique and traceable — and in the Word download they stay editable text.
Can I use the stamp on a PDF?
Yes. Save the stamp to your library, then upload a PDF in Quick Sign or inside a signing envelope, place the stamp and your signature, and download or send the sealed document.
